When You're Ready to Order

Please include these things:

1. Your name and address, or the address to be mailed to.

2. The name or the names to be in the design (SPELLED CORRECTLY).

3. The HOBBY, SPORT, PROFESSION, etc. that will be incorporated in the design. Be as specific as possible; use your imagination.

4. The size of the drawing, either 8" x 10" or 12" x 16" (frame size). Generally, the large size must be ordered for more than one name or figure.

5. Select a mat color.

6. Indicate a date for when you must have the drawing. Normally allow two weeks for delivery. I will RUSH an order is so requested.

7. Include a personal check or money order, or include your VISA or MASTERCARD number if you prefer to charge.
